KSTBA President Khushnood A Khan has said in a letter to the trade associations the journal will contain latest statutes, rules, ordinance, notifications, general order and circulars issued by the Central Board of Revenue (CBR).
The journal provides guidelines to the taxpayers and help them understand sales tax laws, formalities and procedures.
It also contains summary of important sales tax cases and frequently asked questions about sales tax and round up of news and developments in the sales tax collectorates.
The journal will also serve as a forum for constructive suggestions to be presented to the sales tax authorities.
